67-Year-Old James Stuart Killed In National City, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on January 29 in National City, California. 67-year-old James Stuart was hit and killed by a vehicle on East 11th Street. Stuart was transported to the Scripps Mercy Hospital Emergency Department where he was pronounced dead. An investigation into the accident remains underway. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
