68-Year-Old Earl Smith Killed In Waterbury, CT Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on January 26th in Waterbury, Connecticut.  68-year-old Earl Smith was hit by a box truck and tragically killed at the intersection of East Main Street at North Elm Street. Officials said Smith was transported to St. Mary's Hospital, where he tragically died from his injuries. The driver of the box truck stopped at the scene and cooperated with the Waterbury Police Department Crash Reconstruction Unit (CRU) investigators.
