Henry was helping with a 2014 Jeep SUV that was disabled in the westbound lane when he was hit by a car operated by a 20-year-old man. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), the car struck Henry while taking evasive action to avoid striking the disabled vehicle.
