69-Year-Old John Fragosa Killed In Lompoc, CA Accident

The accident remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, February 4th at about 7 p.m. in Lompoc, California. 69-year-old John Fragosa was struck and killed by a vehicle while walking on West Ocean Avenue in the 1600 block. Lifesaving measures were attempted, but were unsuccessful, and Fragosa died on the scene.  The driver and vehicle have not yet been identified, and the accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
