69-Year-Old Patricia Radican Killed In Smith, Texas

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday December 20th in Smith, Texas. 69-year-old Patricia G. Radican was tragically killed after being struck by a hit and run motorist along Highway 110. According to police, Radican was struck in the roadway and the driver fled the scene without reporting the crash or rendering aid. The suspect vehicle was last seen headed north on the highway. Radican was taken to UT Health East Texas in Tyler where she was tragically pronounced dead. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
