70-Year-Old Angela Lockhart Killed In Bessemer, AL Accident

Head on collision on Interstate 59/20

Tragic accident that occurred on October 7 in Bessemer, Alabama. 70-year-old Angela Strickland Lockhart was killed in a head-on collision involving a driver fleeing from Bessemer police. The accident occurred around when a motorist fleeing Bessemer police struck Lockhart’s car head-on on Interstate 59/20. Lockhart was transported to UAB Hospital, where she died. The crash remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers, and no additional details have been released. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
