71-Year-Old Blanca Garcia Injured In Brentwood, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, October 2 in Brentwood, New York. 71-year-old Blanca Garcia was seriously injured in a multi vehicle crash that injured seven and killed one. 27-year-old Christian Lopez was operating an Acura on 2nd Ave., west of Hilltop Drive, when he struck the rear of a Toyota Camry. The Toyota was pushed into the oncoming lane where it collided with the Jeep Wrangler the victim was a passenger in. Garcia was transported to an area hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Lopez was taken to the third precinct to be charged in connection with the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
