71-Year-Old Ivelaw Yearwood Involved In College Point, NY Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on November 23 in College Point, New York. One person died and three others were injured when  71-year-old Ivelaw Yearwood lost control of her GMC and struck two women who were on foot along the sidewalk of 20th Avenue. The two pedestrians hit were injured in the crash and taken to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital with unspecified injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
