71-Year-Old James Ingram Killed In Tulare, CA Accident

Pedestrian struck along Blackstone Street

Tragic accident that occurred on May 3rd in Tulare, California. 71-year-old James Ingram sadly died after he was struck by a motorist along Blackstone Street. Paramedics attempted life-saving measures and transported Ingram to an area hospital where he sadly died.  The driver remained at the scene to cooperate with officers and police do not suspect drugs or alcohol to be involved in the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
