71-Year-Old Robert Guess Injured In Tallulauh Falls, GA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on April 14th in Tallulauh Falls, Georgia. 71-year-old Robert Guess was injured when a minivan was struck by a man charged with driving under the influence. A Dodge Caravan traveling on Georgia 15/U.S. 441 was struck by a Chevy Camaro driven by 21-year-old Emanuel Leonardo Mendoza who drifted into the left hand turn lane and struck the van on the front right side. The van then rotated clockwise and was struck in the right front quarter panel by a northbound Chevy Tahoe driven by Guess. Guess was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Mendoza has been charged with DUI and other traffic offenses. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
