Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, October 7 at around 12:10 AM in Manhattan, New York. 73-year-old Cho Yong has been arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after striking and killing a bicyclist on the Henry Hudson Parkway on the Upper West Side. The victim, a man in his 40s, was ejected from his bicycle and sustained multiple injuries. He was rushed to St. Luke’s Roosevelt hospital where he tragically later died.
