Tragic accident that occurred on August 18 in Charlotte, North Carolina. 73-year-old Harry Brooks died after being hit by a Nissan truck in the 3700 block of East Independence Boulevard. Brooks was pronounced deceased at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
