73-Year-Old Juliet Kim Injured In Cape Coral, FL Accident

DUI crash on Old Burnt Store Road

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, February 25 at around 7 AM in Cape Coral, Florida. 73-year-old Juliet Kim was seriously injured after being struck by an alleged under the influence driver on Old Burnt Store Road. Timothy Allen was driving a BMW when he struck Kim’s bike, launching it 138 feet. Police reported that Allen who has a history of traffic violations, including reckless driving and DUI, now faces criminal charges. Kim was airlifted to Lee Memorial Hospital where she remains in critical condition. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
