75-Year-Old Robert Bork Killed In High Bridge, NJ Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on November 27 in High Bridge, New Jersey. 75-year-old Robert Bork died after he was struck by a vehicle while working as a crossing guard near High Bridge Elementary School. Robert Bork was stationed at a painted crosswalk at Fairview Avenue and Larrison Avenue when he was hit by a southbound vehicle. Bork was airlifted to Morristown Medical Center where he sadly passed away. The prosecutor's office and the High Bridge Police Department are actively investigating the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
