75-Year-Old Susan Pletcher Killed In Newark, OH Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on June 21st in Newark, Ohio.  75-year-old Susan Pletcher was tragically struck and killed by a pickup truck while crossing the roadway at West Church Street and North 29th. Pletcher suffered fatal injuries as a result of the collision. Sadly, she was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigation into the crash is ongoing, and anyone with information was urged to contact Newark police at 740-670-7205. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
