78-Year-Old Thomas Provenzano Injured In Ulster, NY Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 1st in Ulster, New York.78-year-old Thomas Provenzano was injured when his car was struck by a vehicle that was rear-ended on U.S. Route 9W. The crash occurred when a Pontiac sedan driven by a 23-year-old woman was rear-ended by a Hino box truck as she was waiting to turn left onto North Drive. The force of the collision caused the Pontiac to collide with a southbound Volvo sedan driven by Provenzan.. Provenzano and a passenger in the Volvo, were taken to HealthAlliance Hospital’s Broadway Campus in Kingston for treatment of their injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
