8-Year-Old Kaden Rainwater Killed In Dallas, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 10 in Dallas, Texas. 8-year-old Kaden Rainwater sadly lost his life when he was struck by an alleged intoxicated driver in the 3600 block of Dilido Road. The driver, 30-year-old Miguel Martinez, had a child in his vehicle and remained at the scene of the crash. Police believed that he was intoxicated. He was arrested on suspicion of intoxication manslaughter and driving while intoxicated with a child under 15. The accident remains under investigation.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
