91-Year-Old Gracie Smith Killed In Whiteville, NC Accident

Two vehicle wreck on J.K. Powell Blvd

Tragic accident that occurred on June 17th in Whiteville, North Carolina. 91-year-old Gracie Duncan Smith was tragically killed in a two-vehicle accident onto J.K. Powell Boulevard when an SUV t-boned her vehicle on the driver's side. Smith's car ended up on the west shoulder of the road. Right after the crash, Smith was flown from the scene to the hospital. Sadly, she died at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
