Tragic accident that occurred on July 18 in Oro Grande, California. Alan Todd was tragically killed in an accident involving a flatbed trailer that struck an overpass and slammed onto a passing vehicle on National Trails Highway. It happened underneath a railroad bridge when the large front loader with a backhoe came off a semi and landed on the car. Alan Todd, an occupant in the vehicle, was pronounced deceased at the scene.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
