Alberto Lopez Arrested In Palm Desert, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on January 13 in Palm Desert, California. Alberto Lopez was arrested in connection with a rear-end crash that killed another driver  at the intersection of Country Club Drive and Cook Street. A speeding Dodge Durango driven by 26-year-old Alberto Lopez struck the rear of the unidentified victim’s Hyundai. The driver of the Hyundai was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, Lopez allegedly showed signs of impairment and was arrested for suspicion of murder.  Lopez has previous conviction(s) for DUI. The accident remains under investigation.
