Andre Garcia Killed In Houston, TX Accident

DUI crash on East Freeway

Tragic accident that occurred on March 31st in Houston, Texas. Andre Garcia was one of three fatally injured victims of a DUI-related accident along the East Freeway. Three people were standing on the shoulder of the East Freeway behind a car with its emergency flashers activated. That's when a 24-year-old man crashed his vehicle into the group. One of the victims was identified as Andre Garcia. The driver displayed signs of intoxication and was arrested after failing a sobriety test. His bail was set by a judge at $150,000.
