Tragic accident that occurred on July 8 in Tacoma, Washington. Andre Mitchell was seriously hurt after being struck by a sedan at East 40th Street and East I Street. Medics transported Mitchell to a nearby hospital. This is an active investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
