Andre Stewart Killed In Minneapolis, MN Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on August 10 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Andre Stewart was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident on his way home from playing basketball when his scooter was struck by an SUV at the corner of 22nd Street and Fremont Avenue North. The driver of the SUV fled the scene on foot after the accident. Stewart was rushed to North Memorial Medical Center, where he died a few days later. Stewart is being remembered as a hard-working family man. He worked for the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority and was active at church.
