Anthony Carroll Killed In Springfield, IL Accident

Crash on Veterans Parkway and West Jefferson Street

Tragic accident that occurred on October 22 in Springfield, Illinois. Anthony Carroll lost his life in a motor vehicle accident at Veteran’s Parkway and West Jefferson Street when a Hyundai Accent failed to slow down and crashed into the back of Carroll's 2005 Buick Allure, which was stopped at a stop light. The Buick caught fire immediately after the collision, police reported. The driver of the Hyundai died from his injuries at the Springfield Memorial Hospital.
