Benito Mundo Injured In Madera, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on February 23 in Madera, California. Benito Perez Mundo was critically injured in a two-vehicle crash along Avenue 7 west of Road 22. Eight people were inside a GMC van when, for reasons still under investigation, the van crashed head-on into a Chevrolet pickup. Seven people in the van were killed in the collision. The driver of the Chevrolet also lost his life. Another man in the van, identified as Benito Perez Mundo, was taken to the hospital with major injuries and is expected to survive. Authorities are investigating the heartbreaking tragedy. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
