Betty Stimpert was critically injured when the van she was a passenger in crashed with another vehicle along Ohio Route 7. The driver, a 17-year-old girl, attempted to turn left onto Products Lane and collided head-on with a southbound black GMC. Stimpert was ejected from the vehicle.
