Brenda Belmotes Killed In McAllen, TX Accident

Pedestrian struck on 15th Street

Tragic accident that occurred on May 30th in McAllen, Texas. Brenda Belmotes was tragically struck and killed by a vehicle in the 500 block of South 15th Street. The pedestrian was rushed to the hospital, where she later died. The driver that allegedly hit Belmontes, a 19-year-old woman, is in custody pending medical release. Charges are pending against the teen.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
