Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, October 2 in Arcadia, New York. Brenda Delyser was seriously injured when her SUV was struck by a driver that ran a stop sign at the intersection of Minsteed Road and Martin Road. 53-year-old John Offen was identified as the vehicle driver that ran the stop sign. Delyser was taken to Strong Memorial for treatment. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
