Brian Fogel Arrested In Grass Valley, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 26 in Grass Valley, California. Brian Fogel was arrested in a single-vehicle crash that claimed the lives of his passenger and a dog along Highway 49 near McKnight Way. California Highway Patrol said he was drunk at the time of the collision. A Subaru Legacy, driven by 26-year-old Brian was found by officers overturned after hitting a tree. The driver and a female passenger were trapped inside, and a dog was found dead in the vehicle. The passenger succumbed to injuries at the hospital. Fogel was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. The accident remains under investigation by the CHP Grass Valley office.
