Tragic accident that occurred on January 4 in Houston, Texas. Caleb Swafford was tragically struck and killed by a Houston police officer in the 5500 block of Aldine Bender Road. The officer was responding to a call without lights or sirens turned on. The vehicular crime division will present the case to a grand jury to see if the officer will face any charges. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
