Carolyn Bennett Killed In Davidson, NC Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 17 in Davidson, North Carolina. Carolyn Bennett died in a 2-vehicle crash at Friendship Ledford and Motsinger roads when a Hyundai driver failed to yield and struck the victims Kia. Both vehicles left the roadway and overturned. The Kia driver, identified as 66-year-old Carolyn Bennett, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Hyundai driver was charged with failure to yield to a stop sign and with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle. State police continue to investigate the accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
