Tragic accident that occurred on November 11 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Charles Marshall was tragically struck and killed by an SUV while in an electric wheelchair near M.L.K. Boulevard and East 35th Place North. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are investigating how fast the driver was traveling. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
