Tragic accident that occurred on February 6 in Yuba City, California. Chera Center was arrested in connection with a DUI-related pedestrian accident when she struck three people with her vehicle. Center was driving near the intersection of South Walton Avenue and Camino De Flores when she struck three people. The victims, two adults and one juvenile, suffered major injuries, deputies said. Authorities believed Center was driving under the influence and she was arrested. She faces multiple charges, deputies reported. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victims.
