Christopher Craig Sanders Jr. Killed In Hale, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on October 28 in Hale, Texas. Christopher Craig Sanders Jr. lost his life when he was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle at the intersection of Farm-to-Market 54 and County Road K. Sanders was either sitting or walking close to the westbound lane when he was struck by an unknown vehicle or piece of farm equipment. The driver of the vehicle failed to remain at the scene, leaving Sanders fatally injured. Authorities pronounced Sanders dead at the scene. The DPS is urging anyone with information related to this incident to come forward.
