Christopher Herrin Killed In Grovetown, GA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 23 in Grovetown, Georgia. Christopher Herrin lost his life when he was struck by a speeding motorist along William Few Parkway. 18-year-old Corey McMurray failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway and struck a pedestrian on the north shoulder. Herrin died from injuries sustained in the wreck.  McMurray was arrested and faces charges of homicide by vehicle 2nd degree, failure to maintain lane, and driving too fast for conditions. The accident remains under investigation.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
