Christopher Scandridge Killed In Harris, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on August 6 in Harris, Texas. Christopher Scandridge was one of three men who lost their lives when their golf cart was struck by an alleged drunken driver at the intersection of Greenhouse Road and Towne Lake Parkway. Daniel Rivera was driving a Cadillac Escalade SUV that ran a stop sign. Authorities identified one of the victims as Christopher Scandridge, who died at the hospital. Rivera was later arrested and charged with murder. He allegedly had been drinking alcohol and was impaired at the time of the accident. HCSO continues to investigate. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
