Christopher Starr Killed In Charlotte, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on February 23 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Christopher Starr was fatally injured when the bicycle he was riding was struck by a hit-and-run motorist along South Tryon Street. Starr, who investigators say was wearing reflective clothing and had a light on his helmet, was launched off of his bike upon impact and sadly died at the site of the crash. The driver of the Mazda fled the scene but was later located and arrested. He was charged with felony hit-and-run and involuntary manslaughter. The incident remains under investigation.
