Clarence White Injured In Independence, MO Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on September 21 in Independence, Missouri. Clarence White was injured after he was struck by a vehicle while on the sidewalk at the intersection of U.S. Highway 40 and 36th Street with his dog. The vehicle stopped briefly, but then fled the scene, as seen by authorities on surveillance. White was found by authorities on the sidewalk with his dog, injured.
