Clifton Gunter Injured In Mauriceville, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Rragic accident that occurred on April 6 in Mauriceville, Texas. Clifton Gunter was injured in a two-vehicle crash along Highway 12  when a 1998 Ford pickup was struck by a Dodge passenger that made a U-turn in front of the pickup. The driver of the pickup – identified as 67-year-old Clifton Gunter, was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. DPS continues to investigate the accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
