Driver charged with intoxication assault in crash

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, December 3 at around 9 PM in Victoria Texas. A drunk driver hit the Victoria home of 11-year-old Cole Johnston Injuring the young victim.

Johnston‘s father Billy Johnston sadly died shortly after the accident from a stress induced major heart attack. Stephen snows struck the home while driving a 2008 Ford. Cole Johnson was transported to the hospital for treatment and is now reportedly in stable condition. Stephen snows was charged with intoxication assault. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victims.
