Tragic accident that occurred on July 28 in Vancouver, Washington. Connie Lynch was hurt in a crash involving an alleged drunk driver on State Route 500 near Andresen Road. 51-year-old Scott Fitzgerald faces allegations of driving under the influence and vehicular assault. He is accused of driving a Jeep Cherokee heading west in the eastbound lanes, where he struck a Ford Escape. Connie was transported to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center.
