Cynthia Hernandez killed in Dallas, TX Accident

The tragic accident occurred in Dallas, TX, on March 22. Cynthia Hernandez lost her life in a multi-vehicle crash early Saturday morning. According to the Dallas County Medical Examiner, the accident involved at least three vehicles and happened just before 3 a.m. on eastbound Interstate 20 at Mountain Creek Parkway. One of the vehicles overturned. Sadly, Hernandez was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not released further details, and the investigation remains ongoing.
