Daniel Jacks Jr. Killed In Riverside, CA Accident

Head on wreck on Gilman Springs Rd.

Tragic accident that occurred on November 13 in Riverside, California. Daniel Jacks Jr. was tragically killed in a head-on crash with a suspected drunk driver on Gilman Springs Road. The Jacks were in a Honda Insight that was struck by a Chevy Silverado. The driver of the Chevy has been charged with suspicion of second-degree murder, driving under the influence, and other offenses for allegedly causing the wreck. Daniel Jacks was a Riverside County sheriff's correctional deputy and had been with the department since 2008. Earlier this year, he was promoted to his current rank of Correctional Corporal.
