David Cochrane was killed in a collision with a vehicle at 34th Street and Quaker Avenue in the 3100 block. AN SUV driver attempted to turn east and struck the motorcycle. David Cochrane, the motorcycle operator, was transported to University Medical Center by EMS. Sadly, he succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash. The SUV driver was charged with intoxication manslaughter, police said.
