David Hawks Killed In Statesville, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, March 11 at around 9:36 PM in Statesville, North Carolina. David Hawks was tragically struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver on State Route 1005. Joshua Williams, the driver of a Chevy, struck the pedestrian and left the scene. Hawks was then struck by another vehicle. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
