Tragic accident that occurred on March 1 in Monterey, California. David John Mendoza II was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident while riding a scooter on Blanco Road. Mendoza was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. The CHP is searching for the hit-and-run driver. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
