Deborah Lee Fiss Arrested In Milton, FL Accident

DUI accident on State Road 89

Tragic accident that occurred on July 15 in Milton, Florida. Deborah Lee Fiss was arrested on suspicion of DUI manslaughter after a crash on State Road 89 when her van left the roadway and overturned. A passenger in the vehicle was pronounced dead at Sacred Heart Hospital. Fiss was transported to Santa Rosa Medical where she was determined to be under the influence of drugs, FHP said. She was charged with DUI manslaughter and was booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
