Dennis Small was arrested in connection with a hit-and-run crash with a stolen car on Nova Road and Mary McLeod Bethune Boulevard. Small allegedly T-boned a vehicle, and then struck the victim a second time before leaving the scene. Officers caught up with Small a short time later in Holly Hill. Another victim said that a few days earlier, Small “took her vehicle keys and struck her numerous times in the face.” Small was treated at the hospital for injuries and is now facing charges of aggravated battery, grand theft of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a crash with serious injury.
