Tragic accident that occurred on June 4 in Nashville, Tennessee. Douglas White was tragically killed in a pedestrian hit-and-run accident in the 400 block of Murfreesboro Pike. White was walking with a friend on the sidewalk when he was hit by the semi pulling into an entryway. The 56-year-old driver of the semi, whose name hasn't been released, fled the scene but was later located. He was issued citations for leaving the scene of a crash involving a death and failure to render aid. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
