Dowone Phillips Arrested In Pensacola, FL Accident

Bicyclist struck at Border St.

Tragic accident that occurred on March 7 in Pensacola, Florida. Dowone Phillips was arrested after he fatally injured a bicyclist in a hit-and-run accident on Border Street. Sadly, the bicyclist was pronounced dead at the site of the crash. The driver of the Dodge, Phillips, ran from the scene but was arrested for hit-and-run shortly after. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
